Key Words: Joe Rogan, who makes $100 million to talk on a podcast, says ‘straight white men’ are being silenced by ‘woke’ culture

Podcaster and UFC commentator Joe Rogan recently claimed on his show that straight white men are being silenced.

“You can never be woke enough, that’s the problem,” Rogan said on his podcast. “It keeps going. It keeps going further and further and further down the line, and if you get to the point where you capitulate, where you agree to all these demands, it’ll eventually get to straight white men are not allowed to talk.”

Rogan was interviewing comedian Joe List on his popular Spotify

podcast “The Joe Rogan Experience.”

“We just gotta be nice to each other, man. And there’s a lot of people that are taking advantage of this weirdness in our culture, and then that becomes their thing. Their thing is calling people out for their privilege, calling people out for their position,” Rogan went on to say.

Last year, Rogan scored a $100 million deal with Spotify to exclusively host his podcast — 190 million people download the podcast each month, according to Rogan himself.

The 53-year-old podcaster recently became a trending topic after he implored young healthy people not to get vaccinated. He later walked back his comments and said “I’m not a doctor, I’m a f—ing moron.”
